SHIPPING POLICY

Customs and import taxes

Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any Taxes, Customs Fees and/or Import Duties you may incur. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Processing time

Most of our clothes are made to measure and therefore the sewing time is up to 4 weeks. Thank you for understanding

Estimated shipping times and prices

We deliver worldwide. You’ll be able to track your order through the website. We will send you your tracking number via e-mail.

Slovakia: Standard shipping with Packeta 2-5 days, 4,50 EUR

Czech Republic: Standard shipping with Packeta 3-5 days, 5,50 EUR

EU: Standard shipping 5-7 days, 12 EUR

United States Standard shipping with Fedex 7-10 days, 20 EUR

Other country: Standard shipping 7-10 days, 20 EUR

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.


If you are not available to receive your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice. With this notice, you can request a new delivery by directly contacting the respective shipping company with your tracking number to schedule a new delivery date. Do not delay the delivery process or customs proceedings of your package, as you may be charged additional storage fees.

Completing the customs process and accepting the shipment is the responsibility of the buyer, and SlovakMeadows s. r. o. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value! Therefore, please check your country’s import restrictions from the EU before placing your order, and understand that we are not responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes that may arise from international purchases.

If your package shows that it has been delivered and it is not at your business or home, please contact the respective shipping company that was supposed to deliver your package with your tracking number. SlovakMeadows s. r. o. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value!

If the wrong shipping address was provided at the time of your order, please contact us here: info@slovakmeadows.com as soon as possible. In the email, please include your order number, your full name, and the correct shipping address.

If the item has already been shipped or delivered, we are unable to refund the order or send a new one. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a valid shipping address at the time of the order, and SlovakMeadows s. r. o. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value if the incorrect address was provided!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We try to do our best when describing and photographing the items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions – ask us before placing the order!

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 working days after receiving your item to return it to us.

To start the return process, send us an email as soon as possible regarding your return/exchange. Please include your name and order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note the refundable amount only applies to the price that was paid for the clothes, meaning the shipping costs (both ways) will not be refunded and remain the client’s responsibility. At this time we are unable to provide a return shipping label! The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  1. custom products
  2. digital items
  3. products that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
  4. if the wrong shipping address was provided at the time of your order

Refunds:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (and in any case, no later than within 14 days of receiving your returned product).

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations:

Cancellation of the order can be requested within:

14 days of ordering if it is: non-personalized product.

2 days of ordering if it is: custom products
