I’ve always loved the look of a skirt paired with a petticoat, without the need to wear two skirts at once. And that’s how this beautiful gathered skirt came to life! This skirt features gathered waist with flat waistband and white hem at the bottom. The white hem creates the illusion of a skirt with the white petticoat.

The skirt is custom-tailored with a flat waistband, so it’s essential for you to specify your waist measurement in the personalization box.
